| Essential Reading: - Terms and Booking Conditions |
| 1.OUR AGREEMENT |
We sign the rental contract in the name of the individual owner in our capacity as agent. Booking must be written, using the printed out application form. We will only accept telephone and fax bookings with the expectation that the original written application is to follow. The contract will become legally binding when you receive the Confirmation of Booking from us. Written, printed, or mathematical mistakes on our part are not to be considered binding. After receipt of the Confirmation of Booking, please transfer 50% of the agreed price immediately as a down payment. The remainder of the sum is to be paid in full at the latest 60 days in advance of your trip without an additional reminder. For reservations made shortly before the trip is to take place, it is expected that the entire sum be paid immediately. You will receive your travel documents from us along with the Confirmation of Booking / invoice. |
| 2. YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE |
Unless otherwise stated, prices for the rentals are quoted in Euros (€) per week, from Saturday to Saturday, and include gas, water, electricity, linens and final cleaning. In certain situations it may be possible to arrange different arrival and departure days if agreed upon in advance. Additional costs such as heating costs, firewood, sauna, etc. are generally paid to the landlord directly. Some of the owners require a security deposit. Whenever this is the case, we will make it clear in the Confirmation of Booking.
We reserve the right to revise prices up until the Confirmation of Booking is made. These may be a result of inaccuracies, printing mistakes, or increases in apartment prices put into effect by the landlords. In such instances, you will, of course, be free to refuse the new price or change your reservation. |
| 3. NUMBER OF PERSONS |
The maximum number of persons given by us in the Confirmation of Booking includes children and adults and is not to be exceeded under any circumstances. This also holds true for short-term accommodations for additional persons in the house, garden or property. In certain instances it is possible to change the maximum number of persons permitted if discussed in advance. |
| 4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE |
Please arrive at your vacation home between 4 PM and 8 PM if at all possible, as we cannot guarantee that someone will be available at other times to check you in. If there is some reason that you may only arrive at another time, please let us know in advance so we may make other arrangements. You may also contact the landlord directly if the number is known to you. All properties need to be vacated is between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. |
| 5. PROPRTY MAINTAINANCE |
Please treat your vacation home and its furnishings with respect. When you leave, please leave them clean. The renter is responsible for damages caused by him/her and the other occupants. Any damages must be reported and paid for prior to departure. If you gave a security deposit, any damages will be deducted from it. If there are no damages, you will receive the entire security deposit prior to departure. |
| 6. IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL |
If you want to cancel your booking after we have accepted it, the person who made the booking must send instructions to us. We will ask you to pay cancellation charges on the scale shown below. These charges reflect our estimated loss as a result of dealing with your booking to the point of cancellation and any other loses we may have to pay. You may be able to make a claim under your travel insurance policy if your cancellation falls within the term of the policy.

| 7. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM |
