The house is ideally located, near to Porto and situated on slightly raised ground, allowing a beautiful view of Lago di Montepulciano, which lies nearby. |

| Description: |
The lake is always in sight regardless of whether you are sitting in front of the house, dining or going for a refreshing swim in the swimming pool. Both apartments (Sole and Lago) cater for up to four people each and each have a covered terrace in the garden. Each apartment contains two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Each main bedroom has a double bed; the other bedroom has a bunk bed. We imagine this property would to be better suited to two families who would want to enjoy their holidays in peace and tranquillity. The furnishings are unpretentious and modern, the kitchen (with oven) is not huge but is very well equipped. There is a mass of space outside. There is a large garden with swimming pool (10 X 15m) where children have enough space to play and in which you can relax in the sunshine. The edges of the garden are surrounded by Ivo's (the owners) olive trees and a pair of oak trees, which are great for shading under.
Around the swimming pool there are ample tables and chairs for each of the apartments. The view is picturesque and the atmosphere calming.
The Panorama street; the Manganese, connects the towns Pozzuolo (6km) with Goiella (4km) and is a wonderful experience in itself. This can be enjoyed as often as you please because in Pozzuolo one finds a refined bakery and a great supermarket, where all shopping needs can be fulfilled. For smaller shopping trips one can visit Porto (2km) or Goiella (4km). For trips to Florence or Rome it is recommended that, for practical reasons, you park your car in Chiuso (12km) and take the train.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
