The house is made up of two large apartments which when combined cater for 11 persons and has a living space of approximately 260 m². The ground floor apartment has a living/ kitchen area which and comfortably furnished with settees, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.
The upper floor apartment is accessed via an external staircase. This apartment boasts a well equipped kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Lucia Grande is only available to let as a whole and in total has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 beautiful bathrooms.
Casa Lucia is ideal for family holidays and early booking is strongly recommended. The kitchens are very well equipped with dishwashers, ovens and microwaves. All of the rooms are furnished with beautiful antique furniture.
The property boasts an L-shaped pool (15 x 8 m) which has wonderful view over the Umbrian landscape. The garden is adequately furnished with garden chairs and sun loungers.
Just 500 meters from the house is situated and excellent restaurant which we highly recommend. Gubbio also offers and excellent range of restaurants that offer typical Italian and regional foods. Gubbio is only 10 km away and here there are a number of shops, supermarkets and banks.
Excursions to Gubbio, Assisi, Florence, Perugia, Rome, the national parks Monte Subasio and Monte Cucco are all within easy reach either by train or by car.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
