| Description: |
The 3 apartments are furnished with furnitures from the beginning of the 20th century, the Arte Povera Style.
Each apartment has a private terrace in garden fully equipped with garden furniture. The apartments are quite large and there is a large pool (14x7) close to the house. Please note that there is another property on the estate which is also available to let which also have use of the pool.
In the adjacent pine forest it is possible to find a shaded cooling off area. There is a large lawn, an olive grove, forest and fabulous panoramic views of the surrounding Tuscan landscape.
This property is located in an area, which offers great places to go walking or cycling. The closest village, Mercatello, is approximately 2 km away, and extensive shopping is offered at Marsciano approximately 6 km away.
For the lovers of art, folklore and ancient traditions, Casa Rosada is situated just a few kilometres from the main Umbrian cities such as, Gubbio (65 km) where the Corsa dei Ceri takes place; Assisi (40 km) centre of Christian mysticism, destination for thousands of pilgrims, with its medieval festival the Calendimaggio; Foligno (60 km) with the Giostra della Quintana; Spoleto (70 km) where the Festival of Two Worlds takes place; Todi (35 km) nominated one of the best places to live; Perugia (25km) throbbing centre of Umbria Jazz and delicious Eurochocolate; Orvieto (50km), Lake Trasimeno is approximately 35 km away …………and lots more charming places which our guests can discover alone!

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
