Not far from the village of Fratticciola Selvatica you will find yourself semi secluded from the rest of the world at Il Casale . The house was built in the Middle Ages and has many historical elements attached to it. The stone house has been extensively renovated and fitted with modern amenities and luxurious furniture, whilst preserving as much of its original character as possible.
There are four bedrooms in total, two of these bedrooms have double beds and two have twin beds. It is possible to add an additional single in each of the twin rooms if prefered over using one of the sofa beds. In all the property can sleep twelve people as there are 2 large double sofa beds in the spacious living room.
The property set over two floors and is complete with a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, large dining room and each floor has a bathroom with shower, W.C and bidet.
Il Casale is the perfect place to celebrate in a family like atmosphere. The property has several hectares of forest, olive groves and meadows. A short walk away from the house there are breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Umbrian landscape.
The area around Perugia is one of the best known regions for holidays in Central Italy, when you want on one hand to visit towns like Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Gubbio, Urbino and Todi and on the other hand also want to make a trip to Lago Trasimeno or go into the mountains.
Worthwhile excursions to places like Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia are less than 26 km away and a mere 80 km separates you from the sea. La Casella is approximately 1 km away from Fratticciola, where you will find everything you desire to meet your holiday needs. You will find bakery, a butcher (who only sells regional meats), two bars and a tobacconist.
If you require a maid, help in the kitchen, or even a cook, this service can be arranged easily and affordably with prior notice.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
