Once you arrive at Poderaccio, you will find yourself in a peaceful and hilly environment, free to enjoy a wide, dreamlike view.
Poderaccio offers a warm welcome and tasteful furnishings; creating a luxurious environment to share among friends. Everything has been sensitively attuned to create an inviting and relaxing feeling of warmth and well-being.
The partly modest and unpretentious furnature arrangements bring together both harmony and contrast with the use of both antiques and modern furnishings. The property offers a well-equipped kitchen with dining room, a living room and fireplace, a hall with a writing desk and is fully inclusive of satellite television.
Poderaccio is built on two levels, offers all comforts and has been furnished respecting the traditional style. “Poderaccio” consists of a large lounge with sofa and typical fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms of which one has a private toilet, furnished with typical wrought iron beds; a double bedroom furnished in the traditional style and a single bedroom. Furthermore the house has a luminous study and a bathroom with a shower and a bath. Rafters and original ancient “cotto” floors feature all the rooms.
As you wander through the winter garden you come to the main garden in which there are large tables and benches. Beyond this is the swimming pool from which there is an incredible view. Everywhere you look there are bushes, trees, small paths and fountains to be seen and enjoyed.
Be sure and visit cities such as Chiusi, Paciano, Cortona, Montepulciano, Montalcino (Sant´Antimo, Gregorian chants) Castiglione del Lago, Passignano del Lago, Perugia, Assisi, and Orvieto.
A comfortable, inexpensive train ride is all that separates you from Chiusi, Terontola, Rome, Florence or Orvieto. Buy regional goods in the village or the surrounding area. Ask for tips about restaurants, - the Umbrian cuisine is recognized as the best in Italy.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
Please note that note that welcome packs are not provided by the owners on arrival and that some properties do not provide wine glasses.
