The property offers a fully fitted kitchen, central heating, linens, towels, garden furniture, a hammock and sun beds. The Broom House sleeps 9+1 persons and has 5 bedrooms which are made up of the following: three double bedrooms; one twin bedroom, one single bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room.
The upstairs of the farmhouse consists of four bedrooms, a bathroom, a newly fitted kitchenette and a south-facing living/dining room. On the ground floor there is one further double bedroom and 'la taverna', a large Lounge area with fire place and games, including darts and a pool table, as well as an additional bathroom with shower.
Visitors will find plenty of space around the house to relax in the shade or soak up the Tuscan sun. For the more active, there are opportunities to walk, hire a bike, visit the local places of interest, swim, play tennis or go horse riding.
The Broom House is also perfectly positioned to enjoy the amenities and services of Arezzo, the setting for Roberto Benigni's Oscar-winning movie "Life is Beautiful", and the ideal spot from where to explore Tuscany.
Arezzo is part of the Tuscan Chianti region, located just 40 km (25 miles) from Siena and 60 km (38 miles) from Florence.
The nearby towns and villages of interest include the medieval town of Anghiari; Caprese Michelangelo, where Michelangelo Buonarroti was born; the Etruscan town of Castiglion Fiorentino with its medieval walls and the Cassero Fortress; Chiusi della Verna, with its famous Franciscan Sanctuary; Cortona; Lucignano with its circular-shaped town layout; Monte San Savino with its medieval and renaissance architectural testimonials; Montepulciano, San Sepolcro; and Poppi where among other things you can visit the local zoo or play golf.
Shopping is convenient at the Ipercoop in 'Sette Ponti' (Via Amendola 13-15, Arezzo), which is located just 10 minutes South of Campriano). Shops, restaurants and bars can also be found close by in Tregozzano or Chiassa Superiore.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
