Diana and Alberto will welcome and invite you to share their love for Art, History, Nature and good Reading. Along with their experience in travelling the world with passion, curiosity and appreciation of good company.
All of the furnishings are original antiques or locally handcrafted, in wood or wrought iron by expert craftsmen. The bed linens, covers and curtains are from the Montefalco mideval looms; the floor bricks are antique and hand-made.
You will also find art ceramics from Deruta, paintings and furnishings from family collections as well as hand-painted XVIII century pattern tiles from Vietri (Amalfi coast) in the bathrooms and kitchenettes and finally, the warm hospitality of Diana and Alberto, who will welcome you to their private living room for enjoyable conversation and glass of good wine or malt whiskey.
The Suites:
The Arches: Featured stone walls and cross vaults, entrance from the main garden. From the garden, a woderful panoramic view of the Umbrian Valley accross to Assisi.
Elia: A Romantic Suite with a wide living room and a functioning fireplace. The bedroom hides the antique dungeon of the Tower, now a comfortable dressing room.
Iride: Superb panorama of the Umbrian Valley from the five XV century windows. In the living room, the original "cotto" fireplace and stone stoop. Wood beams, cotto bricks, warm and embracing materials and colors will make you feel right at home.
Elia Due: The private terrace overlooks Silvignano roofs and the olive tree covered hills down to the Umbrian Valley. A warm and comfortable loft bedroom.
Loggiato: Three warm and stylish rooms, with three doors giving access to the Open Gallery. Floors are paved with the old original "cotto" bricks.
Discretion and independance are a must at Le Terrazze. Each Suite accomodates two persons with no added beds. All suites are "non-smoking" (smoking is permitted in the open common spaces only).
Each Suite has its own telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and 2 satellite TV channels.
Diana and Alberto will be happy to assist you with information and suggestions usefull for you to organize your round trips through the Undiscovered Umbria.

| How many Sterling to a Euro |
|
All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
Please note that note that welcome packs are not provided by the owners on arrival and that some properties do not provide wine glasses.
