The outdoor facilities include a 7 x 14 m large swimming Pool so that you may enjoy a tranquil day by the pool, and the evenings can be spent sipping one of the local cantinas fantastic wines whist barbecuing steak Fiorentina in the mild Tuscan climate. For children there are swings and many more facilities available.
There are 5 apartments available for rent at Bandinacci, 3 big apartments. (65 m²) and two smaller apartments in a little extra house (see photograph below The kitchens are well equipped with lots of crockery, quality pots and pans, hob and a large fridge/ freezer. In the living area there is also a sofa bed, which may be used as a double bed if necessary. All the bathrooms are well equipped with showers.
The house has been lovely restored and the walls are constructed natural stone. The two apartments are on the ground floor (each about 45 m²), with their own terraces. Each apartment has a living/ kitchen room with sofa bed. There are two bedrooms, a double and single and bathroom.
The furnishings are in a rustic, Tuscan style and include exceptional Italian furniture, terracotta tiles, and wrought iron beds. Each apartment has a television and washing machine facilities are available to all guests.
Bandinacci is placed in a peculiar position, so the most important Tuscany' cities are very close to it: you can reach Pisa in about thirty minutes by car, and Florence in about fourty-five minutes. Also, there are many paths along the hills and the forests surrounding the farm, for those who enjoy walking or biking.
One of the paths from Bandinacci leads to the breathtaking lake and the nature park Lago di Santa Luce, from you can walk or mountain bike along. In the immediate vicinity there are small yet beautiful villages where you will relish in local restaurants and quaint shops. Near Vada, Cecina and further south, you will find highly recommended sandy beaches. To the north is generally built up of cliffs rather than sandy beaches, which offer charming character. In Castiglioncello there is a great cafι with a diverse selection of traditional Italian fancies such as panini and real Italian style cappuccino.
Lucca, Pisa, Carrara (renown for its marble quarries), Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and Florence are wonderfully medieval and are truly exceptional places for daily or weekend visits.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
