| Description: |
The Borgo, as we like to call it, is a complex consisting of 5 apartments which are beautifully furnished and surrounded by the green countryside. The apartments are composed of a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen, bathrooms and a terrace/veranda. Elena, the owner, has overseen the restoration of all the apartments in the dear old Umbrian farmhouse, taking care over the details with particular attention and exquisite good taste. The fantastic view of the Paciano hills over Lake Trasimeno, the peace and the magical atmosphere are enriched by the 1500 olive trees planted on our property. During your stay here you can taste the olive oil (and buy at a good price if you want), as it is of excellent and recognised quality. Gourmets will appreciate the excellent restaurants nearby which are famous for their delicious, typically Umbrian dishes.
The 1,500 olive trees that are planted on the property enrich the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills of Paciano, Lago Trasimeno, and the peaceful, magical atmosphere of Umbria.
The holiday property is reached via an extensive natural dusty drive. Between the house and the olive groves there is a large area of garden space with garden seating and privately shaded areas for every apartment. The large swimming Pool (12 x 6m) is surrounded by a substantially yet tranquil bathing area, from here you may indulge in the truly wonderful views of the surrounding Tuscan landscape and relax.
All of the apartments are tastefully furnished with antique furniture. The beds and bathroom furnishings are made of wrought iron, the kitchens are well-equipped and Umbrian elements such as wooden beams and terracotta tiles really add to the character of this property. Washing machine facilities are also available for all as well as an operational pizza oven.
From the rooms, one has an inspiring view of the green olive groves and the Trasimeno Lake in Umbria. All windows are complete with mosquito nets for your protection at night.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
Please note that note that welcome packs are not provided by the owners on arrival and that some properties do not provide wine glasses.
