Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno. The traditional stone house, in which the owners also live, has three comfortable, rustic, fully furnished vacation apartments.
Campodonico provides a family-like environment, 6 kms away from the Lake of Trasimeno and only 2 kms away from the medieval town of Paciano, a town awarded as “Ideal Town” by the European Community, this 10 hectare farm proposes apartments inside a restored country house dating from the end of the 1800’s, with a pleasant garden and panoramic view over the lake. Less than one hour away by car from Perugia, Montepulciano and Pienza.
The apartments cater for 2-3 persons ensuring peace and tranquillity. The owners grow organic fruits and vegetables in the garden.
On the ground floor of the property the apartments Olivo and Cantina are situated.
Olivo is ideal for 2 persons. It is approximately 50 m² in area and has a double bedroom, living room/kitchen area and a bathroom. The garden is directly out side the front door.
Apartment Cantina is the former wine cellar of the house, which is a hugely large room, which has been intelligently divided offering kitchen, sleeping, and dining area. There are 2 sofas as well as a variety of accessories The bathroom is large, offers a shower, WC, and bidet.
On the upper story of the house, reached via an outdoor staircase, is apartment Noce. It has one bedroom, a living room/kitchen area, and a bathroom. The living room/kitchen area can be divided by sliding the doors in the two rooms, and there is a sofa bed available. From there, you will also find the entrance to your terrace. The kitchens in all of the apartments have fully functional gas hobs, ovens and a refrigerator as well as all crockery and utensils.
The large garden offers privately individual spaces in which it is more than easy to relax and recuperate from the stress of everyday life. There is a small playground for children, a barbecue, and sufficient garden furniture for everyone. Carlo and Ida produce small quantities of wine and olive oil. They even grow organic vegetables, which are fresh and taste great! On request they may even allow you to help yourself!
You can leave your car here and experience the truly fantastic walks the area has to offer. The beautiful, well-marked walking paths guide you through the forest and lead you directly to the local villages of Paciano or Panicale.
Within a 5 km radius of the property there are a number of sporting facilities such as golf, tennis, sky diving, swimming, riding and clay pigeon shooting as well as many more.
Excursions to the historically classic provinces of Umbria and Tuscany are truly breathtaking. Rome and Florence are also easily reachable.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
