As you arrive at Dolce Agogia you will be welcomed by owners Sergio and Stephie and their friendly dogs who live in the remaining part of the farmhouse. About a third of the entire farmhouse has been used to create the apartment, a beautifully finished, totally private, first floor apartment.
The property offers a shaded covered parking area and the garden of the apartment offers truly fantastic views of the surrounding rolling hills and patchwork valleys where you can sit and relax over a book, glass of regional wine of enjoy your evening meal. As the lawn ends your eyes are greeted by well maintained olive groves and a feeling of well being.
As you open the front door you are immediately invited to take the terracotta stairs to the first floor where you will arrive in the living / dining room of the apartment which boasts its original oak beams and rustic terracotta floor as well as a CD / Casette player. The living room is situated at one end of this room and at the other you will find a delightful oak table which invites you to sit for your family meals.
In total the property offers two bedrooms one double and the other with twin beds, naturally the apartment has a bathroom with shower. The house is a delightful traditional country house and the kitchen is extremely well equipped with modern units, a gas cooker, small fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. Although the cottage is quaint and every inch of space has been used you will find this property very warming and cosy.
Owners Sergio and Stephie produce their own olive oil which they are happy to sell to you to take home if you would like to take a taste of Umbria home with you. On request they are always happy to cook you a special Umbrian dinner for 25 € which is fully inclusive of wine, they offer a fantastic feast of authentic Umbrian home-cooked dishes which can be served under the Umbria nightfall.
Although the property does not have a pool there is a Jacuzzi which is available to you. The location, style and position of this property is truly a delight and should not be missed.
Be sure and visit cities such as Chiusi, Paciano, Cortona, Montepulciano, Montalcino (Sant´Antimo, Gregorian chants) Castiglione del Lago, Passignano del Lago, Perugia, Assisi, and Orvieto.
A comfortable, inexpensive train ride is all that separates you from Perugia, Rome, Florence or Orvieto.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
Please note that note that welcome packs are not provided by the owners on arrival and that some properties do not provide wine glasses.
