Il Borgo handsomely offers 5 exceptionally well-maintained and tasteful apartments, which cater for between 2 and 4 persons. At the front of the property there is a hugely spacious area surrounded with shrubs, trees and plants yet still providing a beautiful view of the landscape of Umbria.
On the edge of the holiday apartment block there is a large swimming pool (7x 15m), which is naturally surrounded by reclining chairs and umbrellas.
As you arrive a large reception room welcomes you into an environment where you can meet new friends or relax with with the books and tourist guides available in the library or check your emails.
The apartments are accessed via an internal staircase, which leads you to the upper floor of the house where the apartments Olivo, Pino and Limone are situated.
The apartments on the upper floor each have access to their own private terrace in the garden, where table, chairs and umbrellas are provided. There is plenty of space in the garden to allow each party to have ample privacy.
Il Borgo has an established collaboration with the new Riding school in Castiglione del Lago located only 8 Km away as well as an agreement with tennis courts, located only 2 km away.
For who love tradition and ceramics, Il Borgo organizes guided visits and handicraft laboratories where the traditional antique working techniques are still used that has made the reputation in the world of the city of Deruta.
In addition to one of the apartments you may rent the Villetta, an Independent house with approximately 70 square meters of living space and private garden of approximately 1000 meters square, which is home to beautiful secular fig trees and other fruit trees.
The Villetta has a very comfortable living room, furnished with antique furniture, and a matrimonial living room divan with bedding box. Inside the living room you have a comfortable and well equipped cooking corner. The bathroom iis equipped with washing machine, and two bedrooms which have been well furnished with wrought iron beds.
The selling point of this particular holiday property is the tranquillity provided by its natural surroundings and its close proximity to the small charming village. There is a bar, a small supermarket and a restaurant round the corner.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
Please note that note that welcome packs are not provided by the owners on arrival and that some properties do not provide wine glasses.
