Il Palazzetto is located on the outskirts of town with fantastic views of Lake Trasimeno, the Umbrian landscape and the nearby medieval village Paciano. Here you can enjoy peace and tranquillity amongst the olive groves and its natural surroundings.
The Apartments:
Ciliegio 6: (6 Persons): This apartment is divided over two floors, with the living room and the kitchenette at ground level.two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The bathroom is situated on the 1st floor and a third bedroom with twin beds is situated between ground level and first floor.
Olivo (4 Persons) is divided over two floors and has two bedrooms on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms is home to a double bed and the other two twin beds. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, WC and basin which is also situated on the upper floor. On the ground floor of the apartment you will find a living room with kitchenette.
Vite (4 Persons) As you enter the apartment you arrive in the living room of the apartment. This apartment is based on the ground floor and has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Naturally the apartment has a kitchen/ diner and has a bathroom with a shower.
Ciliegio 2 (2 Persons): This classic and practical two-roomed flat is ideal for couples and is made up of a living room with kitchenette, a wide chimney, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Private House Noce:
Noce (Sleeps 4+2 Persons): Noce is a seperate house that is spread over two floors and has two bedrooms bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds. The house not only offers privacy from the other apartments but has a large living room with a double sofa bed. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and the kitchen and two bathrooms, one for each floor with shower and washing machine.
All of the apartments have a kitchen with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. They also have independent heating for those winter months. Each apartment has its own private space in the garden with table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers.
In the space surrounding the house there is plenty of room to sit, play, or relax. There are various terraces, a barbecue, a covered shaded area away from the sun and a large swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters. La Palazzetta leaves behind a lasting memory and many guests become regulars who return again and again.
The medieval village Paciano is easily reached by a footpath. There you will find a bar, grocery stores, a pharmacy and a wonderful atmosphere.
David Mctaggart, the founder of Green peace, lived here. He once said, "Here I have found what I fought for all those years, quiet, nature, and peace."
Paciano is a typical fortified medieval market town, surrounded by green hills like an amphitheatre. Many places in Umbria and Tuscany are easily reached from Paciano. Castiglione del Lago, Chiusi and Panicale are all within a 10 km radius. Chianciano Therme, Montepulciano, Cortona, Citta d. Pieve, Cortona, Orvieto and Perugia are also quickly reached. The train station in Chiusi offers good connections to Orvieto, Rome and Florence. The trains offer a quick, inexpensive, and safe mode of transportation to these cities.
Castiglione del Lago will act as your main shopping centre and is one of the most beautiful medieval towns by the lake. City gates and walls dating back to the middle ages surround the picturesque old town, which includes a piazza, a fountain, and a castle. There are many restaurants to choose from and the town's exquisite shops have much to offer. There are many smaller shops, selling typical products from the region and 3 large supermarkets. There are excellent transport links from the train station where there are regular services to the main towns and cities of Italy.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
