On one of the countless hills of the Pisa Region you will enjoy the fabulous varied views. Podere Santa Luce has to offer- rolling hills, Cyprus trees, small medieval villages and Lago di Santa Luce which all contribute to the special atmosphere of this property.
The Farm house Podere Santa Luce is situated in the heart of Tuscany, placed in wonderful countryside that gives anybody who wants to spend a relaxing holiday the chance to enjoy both the landscape and the fresh air of the seaside. In the nearby villages of Santa Luce and Pastina you will find just about everything you need. If you don't find what you need, try looking in Cecina, a somewhat larger town by the sea, which offers much variety in the way of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
The house was painstakingly restored by its owners and has maintained the flare of typical Tuscany. Podere Santa Luce is furnished with beautiful antique furniture and modern facilities. The kitchens are well equipped with hobs, fridge/freezers, microwaves and plenty of crockery. In the garden you may enjoy a barbecue, the panoramic view or just take a swim in the pool. For smaller children there is a small paddling pool.
In total Podere Santa Luce has four apartments available to let and which are all situated in the main house. The apartments are made up as follows:
Therme Casciane is 15 km away, and Pisa it is only 35 km. Volterra is also only 60 km away. Florence or San Gimignano are also well within range, and well worth the trip. You can easily reach Florence by train. |

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
Please note that note that welcome packs are not provided by the owners on arrival and that some properties do not provide wine glasses.
