The Pacina homestead has been restored as an attractive Agriturismo. This traditional-style building is a genuine example of the transformation occurring over the centuries from the time of the ancient Etruscans civilisation until the 22-century! The old stables and the communal oven, located on the ground floor, have now been redesigned as welcoming reception rooms for the guests.
Adjoining, at the side of the building is the indoor heated swimming pool. The two upper floors have been carefully arranged to either function as 3 separate self-contained units or to be suitable for large family accommodation. The Red and natural coloured walls harmonize with the knotted wooden beams, clay roof tiles and the earth coloured original terracotta floors.
Fresh organic fruit, vegetables and free-range eggs are available to make your visit a complete experience of good living. Wood for the fire comes from the managed woodland, where you can follow a carefully laid out trail to appreciate tranquillity and beneficial atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside. In summer, the terrace overlooking the gardens is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view, shaded under the umbrellas.

The Pacina estate continues to specialize in fully organic production to utilize the best natural resources as well as providing the highest quality products such as DOGC approved wines, renowned extra virgin olive oil and the cultivation of cereals, fruit and vegetables.
A large living room/kitchen area with a fireplace is part of every apartment. All apartments are furnished with antique furniture and wrought iron beds that each lend flair to the character of this old property. The combination of ancient walls, colours, furnishings and views are delightful.
As well as the apartments within the villa there are a number of other rooms which guests have access to. Each of the rooms has a fascinating mixture of original floors, high ceilings, wooden beams, fireplaces and terracotta floors. One of the rooms is reserved for food tasting, another is furnished as a living room where one may read, talk or play.
A sun filled room with wooden floors and large windows acts as Giovanna’s yoga and dance room. Her guests, of course, may also use this if they wish. Feel free to bring your own music along; listen to your CDs or cassettes without being disturbed.
Next to the dance room there is a very well maintained indoor heated pool and lounge. In the summer you will enjoy its cool water and in the winter you will be pleased that the room and the pool are both heated.
The large French doors open onto the garden. All around the house you will experience what Tuscany really is. The large garden with cypress and olive trees, sunflowers and vines captivate your gaze. It is quiet, mystical and magical here. Enjoy the wonderful atmospheric evenings with a glass of wine from the cellars of Pacina.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
Please note that note that welcome packs are not provided by the owners on arrival and that some properties do not provide wine glasses.
