As you venture in to the garden you will be greeted by a large swimming pool which is surrounded by rolling green countryside, a football field and a bowling alley. Podere Graziellais still a working farm and the owners rear calves and chickens and produce wine and olive oil that you can taste and buy.

| Description: |
Podere Graziella is near to the tiny village of Giorgi between Pozzuolo and Petrignano del Lago and lies in the middle of the countryside approximately 10 minutes by car from Lake Trasimeno. The property offers two houses, one of which dates back to the 18th century. The houses are interconnected by a large family room (120 m2) for use by all guests.
In all Podere Graziella has six apartments available to guests which are all inclusive of TV, kitchen, central heating systems and bathrooms with showers.
Surrounding the house there is a large lawn and a garden which is wonderfully complimented with trees and flowers. Here you will find various places to make yourself comfortable outside, including a large covered terrace, barbecue, table tennis table, boccia and a football field. Each apartment has its own private area in the garden with table, chairs and umbrella. The pool is about 100m away from the house in the middle of the beautiful landscape and invites you to enjoy yourself either sunbathing or swimming.

Graziella was extremely welcoming and cooked us a superb meal one evening.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
