The House is made up of four apartments which can be let individually or the house can be let as a whole, sleeping 14 persons in total. |

The Apartments:
Nido: (6 Persons - 68 m²) This apartment has 3 bedrooms two of which are double and the third is a twin. There is a medium sized kitchen / living area and a bathroom with shower.
Il Caminetto: Personen (4 Persons - 50 m²) This apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is a double room and the other is a ywin.The apartment has a kitchen / living area and a bathroom with shower.
Cantina: (2 Persons - 34 m²) This apartment is made up of a kitchen/diner, a bathroom with shower and one bedroom with a "matrimonial" double bed.
Rifugio: (2 Persons - 34 m²) is made up of a kitchen/diner, a bathroom with shower and one bedroom double bed.
Interesting cities which are close by are San Sepolcro, Citta di Castello, Arezzo and the middle age hilltop town of Anghiari and Caprese Michelangelo which is the birth town of Michelangelo.
Some hundred meters from the house there is the Singerna river where you can fish or a enjoy a picnic on the river banks. Surfing is possible on the artificial lake Lago di Montedoglio and tennis in Caprese Michelangelo 5 km away.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
