The apartments are named after the famous medieval towns which can be viewed from their windows; Todi, Orvieto and Bevagna. The atmosphere of the old country house has been maintained through the use of traditional Umbrian materials which are apparent in the fireplaces, natural stone walls, terracotta floors and chestnut beams.
The atmosphere of the ancient farmhouse is warm and welcoming and you are sure to enjoy the house and all that the location has to offer. Situated 350 metres above sea level and surrounded by olive groves, you will enjoy the absolute tranquillity of this property, along with the incredible view of the surrounding landscape, olive groves and woodlands.
The apartments will delight you withn their traditional antique furniture, large wrought iron beds and wonderfully equipped kitchens. The colour scheme of the rooms and the well-furnished bathrooms all lend to the exceptional experience here.
Technology and modern conveniences have not been left out as each apartment is fully equipped with satellite television, well-equipped living/ kitchen areas, large dinning tables and sofas. In the largest apartment, Orvieto, there is an additional living room that opens on to the kitchen. All apartments have mosquito screens and have a covered terrace.
A comfortable, inexpensive train ride is all that separates you from Chiusi, Terontola, Rome, Florence or Orvieto. Buy regional goods in the village or the surrounding area. Ask for tips about restaurants, - the Umbrian cuisine is recognized as the best in Italy.

All holiday home prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day. The second number illustrated next to the number of persons who can stay represents the number of additional persons the property can cater for. Sofa beds are provided for additional persons unless it is otherwise stated that additional beds can be made available.
Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage. **Please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy**.
Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 € and for some of the more exclusive properties the deposit can be as much as 1000 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition and that are no damaged or broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and unsoiled on departure. Terre Vitae reserve the right to request the balance due for any items that have been damaged and that have not been disclosed to the caretaker as a part of the contract signed prior to departure.
