The house is ideally located, near to Porto and situated on slightly raised ground, allowing a beautiful view of Lago di Montepulciano, which lies nearby.

Podere Paciano is a farmhouse located in the middle of the farm and was fully restored in 1998. The luxuriously furnished stone house is located among fields and meadows near Paciano and Italy's 4th largest lake Lago Trasimeno. Enjoy the antique furniture, the history and view that tell the story of historic Umbria. Podere Paciano is divided into 2 apartments: Podere Paciano Alta and Podere Paciano Bassa.

Casa Torretta is the oldest farmhouse in the Comune of Paciano - it was built more than three centuries ago, and it appeared on advertising photos of this area. Its main characteristics are the “torrione”or “piccionaia” (pigeonhouse), a small, low tower on the roof, and numerous cypresses surrounding the entire farmhouse.

The Cornflower House near Colle Umberto is comfortably private and lies only 10 km away from Perugia. The owners let the property with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, terrace and garden with pool surrounded with olive trees and vines. The location of the Corn Flower House is fantastic. It is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and is found at the end of a "Strada bianca" (Country lane).

Podere Graziella is still a working farm and the owners rear calves and chickens and produce wine and olive oil that you can taste and buy.

The Pacina homestead has been restored as an attractive Agriturismo. This traditional-style building is a genuine example of the transformation occurring over the centuries from the time of the ancient Etruscans civilisation until the 22-century! The old stables and the communal oven, located on the ground floor, have now been redesigned as welcoming reception rooms for the guests.

I Monelli

Podere Monelli is a fantastic, old, rustic estate on the border of Umbria and Tuscany close to Petrignano del Lago, in an area virtually unknown to tourists. There are four large vacation apartments available to let in all and the gardens offer fantastic views of Montepulciano. The restoration of the estate was undertaken with great care, making sure every element of the structures were preserved, such as the original beams and fireplaces. The apartments are tasteful furnished and offer a warm and atmospheric welcome.

Podere Luce

Podere Luce is set hidden approximately 10 km west of Castiglione del Lago, in southern Tuscany and very close to the border of Umbria. The property has been wonderfully restored by its present owners, the buildings have maintained all of their original characteristics with chestnut beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. You will find the apartments both comfortable and airy and many of them enjoy the wonderful panoramic views across the valley to Montepulciano and Cortona. The view is excellently complimented by the vineyards, olive groves, cypress trees and fields.

Podere Michelangelo is a wonderful country farmhouse, situated in the heart of the Tuscan Tibery Valley, which has been completely restored, and set deep within neatly tended fields and oak woods. The House is made up of four apartments which can be let individually or the house can be let as a whole, sleeping 14 persons in total.

Il Poggio

Il Poggio is a restored mid 18th century luxury farmhouse in Umbria, situated on the border of southern Tuscany the property boasts panoramic views over Lago di Chiusi and the tranquil rolling hills of both Tuscany and Umbria. The house consists of three apartments with furnishings from the 18th century, typical of the area. The swimming pool contains a hydro-massagge and a large solarium and offers a splendid panorama of Lago di Chiusi.

Poggio Colpiccione

Poggio Colpiccione was built at the end of the 19th century, 5 km from Lake Trasimeno. The house has recently been renovated by the Placidi family, who have taken great care to restore its original architectural structure, in harmony with the surrounding natural environment. The apartments are extremely comfortable with wooden beamed ceilings and are furnished with antique furniture and fitted kitchens.

Surrounded by the green hills of the beautiful valley between Cortona and Mercatale lies the Country farmhouse Il Castello. The property is located such that it provides the perfect place to relax in peace and tranquility. The farm house has been completely restored and was opened in January 2004. The location and unspoilt views of the valley below are exceptional and are bathed from early morning to evening in sunshine. Both, its position, 500 m above sea-level and the fresh air contribute to warm and dry summers experienced here.

Romitorio is situated near to Pozzuolo and is a family oriented resort with nine vacation apartments, a pool, tennis court, moutainbikes, fishing facilities, pizza oven, barbecue and Loggia. The location of the property is in the greenest part of Umbria, close to the border of southern Tuscany, in the midst of rolling hills and gentle slopes covered with olive groves and vineyards. Umbria ia famous all over the world for the intense yet peaceful colours of its countryside and the fact that it is surrounded by 3 lakes: Lago Trasimeno, Lago di Montepulciano and Lago di Chiusi, each only a short distance away.

The pool is constructed of natural stone, the grounds well maintained and the apartments offer, outdoor garden furniture along with a breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno.

Villa Cozzano

Villa Cozzano is situated near the Umbria-Tuscany border and its owners have extensively restored the Villa which was originally a farmhouse and made six lovely vacation apartments. The restorers of Villa Cozzano have maintained the typical Umbrian style of the house, keeping all of the details such as the chestnut beams, fireplaces and stonewalls. The property offers an excellent location with views over Lago di Montepulciano which is within a kilometre and Lago Trasimeno which is a mere 4 km away.

You will find Bandinacci, with 5 apartments each catering for between 3-7 persons, Set in the spectacular countryside, approximately 10 km from the West Coast of Italy near Cecina. In the small olive grove next to the house, you will find a large comfortable space reserved for each apartment inclusive of outdoor furniture. From here you will enjoy a fantastic view of the rolling hills of Tuscany.

Il Convento and Casa Capuccini

Il Convento dates back to the XV century and is located beneath the Monte Pietrarvella, 1.5 km from Paciano and Panicale in the middle of an 18-20 hectare forest which is surrounded by a boundary wall which was used to protect the property in the days of old. Il Convento is a complex which was made up of an old ruin which was neglected after the closure of the convent, while another part (from the XIX century) was partially brought down.

Situated at the border between Umbria and Tuscany only 5km away from lake Trasimeno, the Agriturismo Madonna della Neve is a beautifully restored farmhouse that offers very comfortable accommodation in apartments furnished in the typical regional style. Tourists will be able to taste our own homemade extra vergin olive oil and relax in our garden or by the swimming pool overlooking the lake.

Casa Erardo is a restored farmhouse set on the softly rolling hills of Tuscany on the border with Umbria. Its panoramic position ensures a splendid view on the surrounding quiet countryside. The building, which is divided into three apartments, is surrounded by a garden and faces an orchard with olive fruit trees. A single apartment can be let or the house can be let as a whole and sleeps 8 persons. The swimming pool is enclosed by green fields and offers an open view over the surrounding valley which is dominated by the ancient mediaeval fortress of Pierle. Tempting walking paths offer the possibility of trekking or simply take a walk in the countryside.
